Senior Representative Client Service Investment Ops - Guernsey

Working as part of a CDD team you will specifically work on a CDD project to onboard new and existing investors into a new CDD onboarding platform. You will part of a team responsible for the onboarding of the investors. They will be required to assist CDD management with the co-ordination of the work and be able to provide updates to the senior team on the status of the task. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills. Knowledge of CDD and Guernsey regulatory requirements would be beneficial. This is a temporary opportunity for a period of 4 months.

You will be required to manage the vehicle fleet maintenance and insurance. You will utilise internal IT systems to record, file and log items as and when required as well as  work at other warehouse locations or 3rd party locations within Guernsey. This role also encompasses deliveries and managing the co-ordinating of shipping of goods out of Guernsey to supplier locations. The successful candidate will be required to drive a forklift, therefore a clean driving licence is required, as well as good computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Our client is seeking a talented individual with a Trust / Funds background to join their family-owned business, on a temporary full-time basis. You will provide day to day business support primarily to licensed investment business and fiduciary business, including RRA/CFC review, undertaking searches, checks and preparation of internal and external documentation and managing client data on various systems. Senior Officer, Onboarding - Jersey

Our client is seeking a senior onboarding officer to work on a temporary basis, monitoring and reviewing all new personal account applications from the various distribution channels within Wealth International, providing assistance with training/support/checking of new starters applications and signing off ‘Standard & Medium Risk’ rated accounts. You will review files and information on potential new clients of all risk ratings, identifying deficiencies and following up on all queries to resolution and ensuring that new business reviews are conducted in line with the company policy. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in an on-boarding environment, with specific experience of client risk. It would be advantageous to hold qualifications or certification within AML / Compliance.

You will carry out the scheduling and administration associated with Facilities Management (FM) business unit working closely with the Service Desk Supervisor, FM Manager and Contract Operators. You will ensure all systems associated with customers are kept up to date so that engineers hours are correctly reported on in terms of finances and payroll and are adequate for the customers’ needs, as well as act as a conduit between the customer and the engineering teams. Strong analytical, problem solving, reporting skills and the ability to critically evaluate information is required. Knowledge and experience of private banking is an advantage.
