As an Improvement and Controls Administrator you will be responsible for various day to day tasks in a busy improvements and controls team, and will be expected to provide a first class service to all internal and external parties. Your duties will include workflow management, payment verification / investigations, incident report reporting and investigation including providing solutions or improvements, audit checking of system data as well as reviewing procedures to ensure they follow business policies and regulatory rules and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of banking operations back office functions and be skilled in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months.
Our client is seeking an Operational Controller to join their team, on a temporary basis, for an initial period of 6 months, potentially leading to a permanent position. You will provide front office support and operational oversight for the clients’ investment business and to ensure timely production of deliverables and efficient resolution of issues and effective operational controls. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fund administration or investment environment, ideally with supervisory and client service experience. You will also have a sound understanding of investment management operations including relevant knowledge of the industry, market and instruments and understanding of regulatory obligations such as MiFID II & EMIR.
Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Fund Operations team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 12 months. You will be responsible for ensuring all fund placements, fund Settlements, associated acknowledgements and diary tasks are completed within the defined service level agreements and be responsible in managing a daily tickback process. You will work with colleagues to further develop the placement process, ensuring you provide a high level of operational control. This role would suit a candidate who possesses the ability to adhere to procedures and risk management controls at all times. The candidate should also be proficient at investigating with good problem solving skills. Previous knowledge of Securities would be advantageous.
