Itchyfeet are working on a spectacular opportunity for a candidate to act as a Senior member of a Managed Services Team, being responsible for providing high level, technical support to company clients. You will be one of the escalation points for high priority and complex tickets and work closely with the Head of Managed Services to help the team deliver the best results possible with the overall goal of keeping clients happy. Duties also include resolving escalated tickets and providing advanced remote support and high level / complex technical support. Using your experience of the full Microsoft 365 suite, you will work closely with clients to ensure their wants and needs are fully understood, taking ownership of the implementation of project delivery. You will also be required to create and deliver scopes of work and solutions to a variety of SME clients. The successful candidate will have great technical ability but equally hold fantastic interpersonal skills to provide first rate customer service. If you are a Consultant with high level experience in Microsoft 365 product stack with a proven record of translating customer requirements and experience in SharePoint sites and data structure design, then get in touch!
