Our client is seeking a Senior Company & Trust Administrator, to join their professional team, on a permanent full or part-time basis. You will administer a portfolio of client entities to a high professional standard and exercise specified signatory powers on designated client entities, whilst working with all members of your team & with the other departments within the organisation with the aim of ensuring that all clients’ requests are dealt with in a timely / professional manner. You will also supervise the team’s Company Administrator’s workload and provide general support / assistance to the Client Portfolio Manager. The successful candidate will ideally be qualified and if you have experience with ViewPoint Administrator and ViewPoint Billing systems this will be advantageous.
Our client is seeking to appoint a Bookkeeper to join their friendly Family Office, on a permanent, full or part time basis, to be responsible for tracking all cash and investment movements and completing reconciliations to bank accounts and investment statements. You will also monitor transactions, as part of a four-eye review process to ensure appropriateness and accuracy. This opportunity would suit an Accounting Technician, part-qualified or qualified bookkeeper who has good communication skills to be able to interact with a number of different parties, including the internal and external accountants, investment team, head of the family office, Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant.
