Customer Service Advisor - Guernsey

Our client is seeking a part-time Customer Services Advisor. The role will be 9-5.30 Saturdays (7.5hrs) then evening shifts during the week, covering 6 hours from 4pm to 7pm. There will also be overtime available. They are looking to fill this role before September and full training will be given. Duties will include dealing with customers over the telephone or on line as you will act as the first point of contact for them. You will also support and provide advice on technical and general customer queries as well as service and sales support.  The company would be happy to interview students who are starting or already studying for an A Level qualification and are able to commit to the above hours around their studies. However, the candidates would need to be driven, have a passion for Technology and confident to work in an open-plan fast paced office working environment. A knowledge of IT and IP is desirable.
