You will assist with general administrative duties, maintaining accounting records, ensuring sales, purchases and bank transactions are accurately recorded and that debtor balances, creditor balances and bank account balances are monitored, controlled, and reconciled on a regular basis. The successful candidate will have bookkeeping, double entry, cash handling and reconciliations experience, excellent customer care skills and the ability to have a flexible approach to working hours in line with the needs of the business.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic team player to support their facilities officer and filing team, on a permanent part-time basis, working 1- 5pm Monday to Friday. Within this new role you will support the smooth operation of the office, ensuring common areas, such as the flexible working space and coffee stations, are kept tidy and well stocked throughout the working day.
