Contractor Support Specialist x4 - Isle of Man

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for several individuals to join a pro-active team as Contractor Support Specialists, on a permanent full-time, shift rota basis. Daily, you’ll manage contractor relationships to ensure they are on-boarded in a timely manner, utilise the company services, respond to queries and recommend services to other contractors. Duties will include processing and managing the on-boarding of new clients, undertaking introduction and courtesy calls, managing queries and requests raised by the contractor in relation to any aspect of their employment, supporting the payroll function, and undertaking the timesheet chasing exercise to maximise monthly billing for the umbrella company. Previous experience working in a customer facing role and within the contractor industry along with excellent communication skills is essential.

Our client is seeking a Marine Payroll Administrator to join their busy, small team, on a permanent full-time basis. The exciting start date for this role is February 2023. You will maintain the payroll systems and ensure payroll is processed efficiently and accurately so that employees are paid on time. Duties also include the issuing of contracts of employment and documentation to superyacht crew, data inputting and reconciliation of payrolls, maintenance of accurate and confidential records along with the monitoring of crew certificates to identify when they expire for replacement.
