A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join our client’s Payroll & HR team, on a permanent full-time basis, to deliver monthly payroll for UK and Guernsey employees. You will maintain the company intranet and other resources, track policy compliance, work on personal development and training, deal with a confidential, sensitive, and often complex workload within tight time constraints as well as ensure rigorous filing and administration of key employee documents. The successful candidate will have experience working in a HR administrator role or similar, the ability to research employment legal requirements and strong organisational and HR administrative skills with an ability to work well under pressure. Certificate in Human Resource Practice and Associate CIPD is desirable but not essential. Professional training may be offered for the right candidate.
