This 2 year temporary opportunity sits within our client’s Treasury and Exchequer team, as an Administrative Assistant, providing comprehensive, confidential, efficient and effective administrative assistance. Key duties will include administrative tasks relating to new employees such as recruitment, setting up new user accounts, travel, bookings of meetings including catering, refreshments and equipment, preparing general correspondence mainly by email, as well as dealing with ad-hoc queries including some typing and drafting of simple letters. If you have accurate keyboard skills, excellent communication and organisational skills and proven experience in Microsoft applications then our client would love to hear from you!
