Service Line Coordinator - Jersey

Working as a member of the Service Line and HR teams, this key role will involve supporting a number of Partners and Directors and requires someone who is able to manage multiple activities at pace. The role provides administrative support to the Service Line Heads and a number of Business Services Directors in managing service line related activity, including drafting agendas, producing meeting packs, arranging and attending relevant meetings and tracking agreed actions. The successful candidate will have a background in providing executive support at Partner/Director level, proven experience in producing meeting agendas, taking minutes and collation/distribution of meeting packs along with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
