The role involves managing the supply chain, performing supplier performance reviews, and working with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor compliance and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, proven experience in relationship management, and the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies. They should possess excellent communication skills, a disciplined analytical approach, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Line management experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as coaching will be provided.
