Service Concierge Relationship Manager

Our client is seeking a Service Concierge Relationship Manager to join their expanding Customer Experience team. This role is designed to provide a "concierge" style service to high-value partners and customers, offering a single point of contact for all interactions and requirements. Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value partners and customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and expertise.
  • Deliver exceptional service to a select group of high-value partnerships, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Provide partners and customers with complete reassurance and comfort, demonstrating expert knowledge and proficiency in managing their accounts.
  • Collaborate across the business to support great customer outcomes, liaising with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Act as the go-to contact for customers, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Serve as the main escalation point and "the face" of the client for key relationships, handling critical issues with efficiency and care.
  • Assist in resolving technical queries by collaborating with customer services and specialists in technology, data, and senior leadership.
  • Oversee the implementation of new customers and support contract renewals, ensuring smooth transitions and continued satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage and prioritise workloads, ensuring that multiple tasks and projects are handled efficiently, and deadlines are met.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture high-value customer relationships, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team and across different departments.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of technology and data-related queries, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly (desirable).
  • Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (desirable).
  • Proven experience within a technology or telecommunications environment (desirable).
