Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update records, handling all related documentation efficiently.
- Liaise with clients and professional advisors, providing high-quality service and expert advice.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and statutory returns.
- Ensure that all trust and company structures are administered in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks, including project work and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage risk, ensuring that any issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Professional qualification (e.g., STEP, ICSA) with 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience, or 5+ years' experience in a TCSP environment.
- Strong understanding of the Isle of Man regulatory environment and tax planning.
- Bookkeeping/accounting experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
