Senior Administrator, Regular Premium & Legacy

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator for Regular Premium and Legacy, based in the Isle of Man. The role involves contributing to the delivery of both personal and team objectives, ensuring the strategic goals of the organisation are met. This position requires providing exceptional, proactive, and quality-based customer service across various service disciplines. Job Duties:

  • Accurately and efficiently complete both standard and complex administrative tasks.
  • Manage cases and customer/adviser queries from receipt through to resolution, supporting a full ownership approach.
  • Proactively and reactively communicate with customers, advisers, and relevant parties via telephone, letter, or email to ensure work is processed efficiently.
  • Review, chase, and close pended work within expected timescales.
  • Implement solutions based on a strong understanding of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the review and updating of team procedures, ensuring a risk-based approach that protects client and business assets.
  • Complete all tasks in line with group values, service standards, compliance guidelines, industry regulations, and cost-efficiency parameters.
  • Maintain timely and professional contact with stakeholders, addressing issues proactively and reactively as needed.
  • Provide support during the complaints process for clients, advisers, and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively to identify areas for improvement and resolve internal process weaknesses.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Decision-making skills within set guidelines and policies.
