Human Resources Officer

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Officer to join their HR team. This full-time role involves providing broad Human Resource support, advice, and solutions, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring their experience in Human Resources and be enthusiastic about helping with various Human Resource functions, from recruitment to on-boarding and employee relations. Job Duties

  • Provide Human Resources support and advisory services to the business.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including coordinating with agencies and conducting interviews.
  • Deliver first-day induction training to all new employees.
  • Administer on-boarding and off-boarding procedures for employees.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Assist Human Resource administrators with problem-solving, policy clarification, and HR procedure advice.

 

Job Requirements

  • Up to two years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Experience working with an HR Database or Payroll software.
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desire to attend HR training and seminars to expand knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • High level of numeracy and literacy.
