Job Duties:

  • Provide essential support to customers and colleagues within contact centres.
  • Respond to and investigate queries related to business processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify barriers to performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operational centres, providing coaching and support to improve efficiency and knowledge.
  • Log incidents, maintain accurate records, and identify trends in day-to-day operations.
  • Review manual or ineffective processes for opportunities to automate or improve.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience in analysing and using performance data.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and simply.
  • An understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
