Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain both the front-end and back-end components of Turbo’s gaming platform
- Build and optimise user interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Design and implement backend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go
- Manage and maintain Docker environments and Docker Compose for streamlined development
- Ensure onchain storage solutions through Turbo Storage are secure and efficient
- Analyse and improve existing codebases for better performance and scalability
- Work with AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in the development process and learn new technologies
- Collaborate with team members using Git for version control
- Stay current with the latest trends in full-stack development and blockchain technologies such as Solidity and Rust
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (recent graduates welcome), or a minimum of 1 year of software development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, and Shell scripting
- Front-end development skills, including React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Experience with Docker and Docker Compose for container management
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and refactor existing codebases
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, especially AI tools like ChatGPT and blockchain-related languages such as Solidity and Rust
