Our client is seeking a talented Associate – Corporate to join their growing corporate team. Recognised as market leaders, the team provides expert legal advice from core offices around the globe. This role involves delivering technically accurate and efficient guidance on complex issues, managing transactions end-to-end with minimal partner input. Job Duties:

• Provide sound, quality technical advice and guidance to clients.
• Manage files independently with minimal partner input.
• Become established and recognised in an area of expertise.
• Ensure accurate time recording and billing in line with policies and procedures.
• Keep clients informed of fees, disbursements, and provide regular updates as needed.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients within your area of expertise.
• Generate repeat business by maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coach and develop paralegals, trainees, and new joiners, assisting other team members when required.
• Act as a mentor for trainees and associates.

Job Requirements:

• Newly qualified (NQ) lawyer with some corporate experience from a relevant law firm environment.
• A proven track record of technical brilliance.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Eager to be part of an innovative, inclusive team, contributing to the firm’s future success.
