Associate, Dispute Resolution

Our client is seeking an experienced Associate, Dispute Resolution to join their leading Jersey-based team. This role is ideal for a driven and ambitious individual with a litigation background, who will work closely with senior fee earners and clients on complex commercial litigation, restructuring, and insolvency matters. Job Duties:

• Provide legal advice on technical, strategic, and procedural aspects across complex contentious commercial issues and disputes.
• Work closely with clients, including leading institutional and independent fiduciary businesses.
• Support senior fee earners in delivering technically sound legal advice and excellent client service.
• Manage financial responsibilities including time recording, billing, WIP, debt management, and producing fee estimates and quotations.
• Ensure clients are fully informed about fees and disbursements incurred on each matter.
• Stay up to date with new legislation and market developments, advising clients on how changes may impact their cases.
• Contribute to the team’s thought leadership within the dispute resolution space.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation from a relevant law firm environment.
• Strong academic background with a proven track record of technical excellence.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and excited to be part of an innovative and inclusive team.
