Digital Marketing Associate

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join their Business Enablement team in the Channel Islands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns that promote the brand, services, and corporate initiatives. The role includes managing content for the website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms, as well as engaging with external agencies to support campaign development. Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with the global web team to manage and update content on the Channel Islands website, focusing on user experience and design.
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Design visually appealing collateral for print, web, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Edit and produce video content as part of the digital marketing strategy.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with external creative agencies, media schedulers, and filmmakers to develop and produce digital campaigns.
  • Assist with the creation of email marketing campaigns using platforms like Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.
  • Monitor and report on media profiles for the client and key competitors, including social media.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, a Creative subject, or a relevant qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a creative digital marketing environment.
  • Experience working in a marketing environment, with a professional qualification in marketing (degree level or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Premier Pro, Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of brand compliance standards.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • A mix of creative and analytical abilities.
  • Adaptability and agility when working across different marketing areas.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently using initiative.
  • Experience with online analytics software, including Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Understanding of PPC and SEO best practices.
