Senior / Corporate Associate

Our client, a highly respected offshore law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate (2-8 years’ PQE) to join their Employment & Data Privacy team. This role will be predominantly focused on employment law, with some involvement in data privacy and occasional corporate matters. The Associate / Senior Associate will handle the day-to-day management of client files, providing timely, well-judged advice. Job Duties: 

• Advise clients on all aspects of employment law, including issues related to local and multi-national businesses.
• Provide expertise in data privacy matters as required.
• Take an active role in the conduct of client files, ensuring high-quality, timely legal advice.
• Assist with broader corporate matters depending on experience and workload.
• Engage in business development and marketing initiatives to enhance the team's profile.
• Build and maintain effective client, colleague, and stakeholder relationships.

Job Requirements: 

• 2-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law, with some exposure to data privacy.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in business development and a proactive approach to marketing initiatives.
• A strong desire to enhance skills and grow professionally within a dynamic environment.
