Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support the compliance department in monitoring and enforcing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role involves maintaining accurate records, conducting compliance audits, and assisting in the development of compliance initiatives. Job Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation
- Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings
- Support the investigation and resolution of compliance issues
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Team player with a collaborative approach
- Strong organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks based on importance
- Ideally, at least 2 years’ experience in a compliance and/or statutory role
- Good knowledge of the Rule Book & AML/CFT Code
- Basic understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive information
- Working towards or holding a relevant compliance qualification is preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
