Laserfiche Developer

Our client is seeking an experienced Document Management System (DMS) Developer to join their dynamic team. This role can be based in either the Isle of Man or Southampton. The role involves developing, customising, and integrating Laserfiche solutions to optimise workflows and ensure efficient data management. Click here to read more.

Job Duties:

• Support DMS users with day-to-day requests, using knowledge to deliver effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand business requirements and create robust DMS solutions.
• Work with the current developer team to create bespoke API connections to support DMS growth plans.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar DMS role.
• Experience with Laserfiche is preferred, though training will be provided for the successful candidate.
• Knowledge of C# or similar, JavaScript (JQuery), CSS, and TSQL is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Creative thinker, able to devise innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
