Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to take on administrative responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures. You will provide first-class service to clients, intermediaries, and other stakeholders in support of a client service team, led by a Client Director. Working closely with an Assistant Manager and/or Manager, you will identify and mitigate risk, ensuring smooth operations while supporting your team, especially junior colleagues. Job Duties: 

  • Deliver high-quality service to all clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders to build long-term relationships.
  • Manage client communication and ensure statutory maintenance of your portfolio.
  • Identify and address client needs, delivering opportunities to improve client service.
  • Work towards identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all client commitments are met within agreed deadlines and to high standards.
  • Achieve personal targets in time recording, utilisation, and working capital management.
  • Support Client Directors in reviewing and controlling work-in-progress (WIP) and fee collection.
  • Identify revenue opportunities in collaboration with management.
  • Manage risk within the client book, using technical knowledge and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Comply with business risk targets and policies.


Job Requirements: 

  • Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification, with the commitment to maintaining Continued Professional Development (CPD).
  • 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Relevant industry experience with strong client service delivery skills.
  • Understanding of technical principles related to daily administration.
  • Awareness of current issues affecting client structures.
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills, especially when working under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on exceeding targets and goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of other languages being an advantage.
