Senior Trust & Company Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust and Company Administrator to manage a portfolio of trust and company structures, handling a diverse range of client needs. Reporting directly to the Fiduciary Services Director, the role involves day-to-day administration, compliance management, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will act as a director on client structures, either personally or through appointment to the board of the in-house Corporate Director company. This role requires adherence to fiduciary policies, legal and regulatory guidelines, as well as assisting in preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Click here to read more.

 

Job Duties: 

  • Serve as a director on client entities and in-house Corporate Director company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and agents
  • Assist in setting up new structures and liaise with clients and their advisors
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies
  • Prepare minutes, payment instructions, and maintain communication with internal and external bankers
  • Review company and trust accounts in liaison with client accountants
  • Assist in compliance, ensuring structures meet legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Identify business development opportunities and support marketing initiatives

 

Job Requirements:

  • STEP Qualified or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the fiduciary industry, with senior administration and client management experience
  • Strong understanding of trust and company law, fiduciary responsibilities, and corporate compliance
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and leadership
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in technology used for trust administration
