Job Duties:
- Collaborate with divisional business development and marketing teams to define social media strategies, target audiences, policies, and performance KPIs.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content for a range of platforms including social media, websites (including intranet), and other digital media outlets, using various multimedia formats such as static images, text, and videos.
- Assist in managing and updating content across company websites to ensure information is current and relevant.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, industry regulations, and data & privacy policies, and educate divisional teams on best practices.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns for divisional teams.
- Stay updated with digital content trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies effectively.
- Work closely with the digital team to provide performance reports, share insights, recommend improvements, and encourage experimentation with new content formats and engagement strategies.
- Troubleshoot and liaise with developers or suppliers for complex issues related to websites and other digital platforms.
- Document processes and procedures and perform related administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to CPD requirements in line with qualification level and client policies.
- Follow core values and expected behaviours as outlined by senior management.
- Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary by senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a relevant field, and/or proven work experience in Social Media, Digital Content, or a similar role.
- Experience in creating impactful stories through photos, videos, and text for various platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Experience with website content management using CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Ability to measure content performance and website analytics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Creative with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- SEO experience is desirable but not essential.
