Senior Human Resources Advisor

Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to assist in providing a full range of human resources services across the offices. Job Duties:

  • Make recommendations for developing HR operations, including policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment and selection, working closely with the team and participating in interviews and selection processes.
  • Provide advice and guidance on internal issues, including discipline, grievance, and other employee matters.
  • Oversee payroll administration across all jurisdictions, ensuring timely payments and correct remuneration for both permanent and temporary employees.
  • Administer pension schemes bi-monthly, ensuring employees are informed of benefits and all documentation is up to date.
  • Manage benefit administration, including liaising with Group schemes and preparing annual benefit statements.
  • Contribute to board reports and participate in compensation reviews and benchmarking.
  • Engage with employee well-being and engagement initiatives.
  • Represent HR on relevant internal committees.
  • Proactively manage absence and address potential issues.
  • Contribute to all initiatives and administration.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the organisation’s HR needs and the structure of HR service provision in each office.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist.
  • HR qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a conscientious approach.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong numeracy skills.
  • Attention to detail, approachable, and responsive to staff needs.
