Job Duties:
- Lead and inspire the Infrastructure Engineering team, fostering technical excellence and strong collaboration.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure public Cloud environments.
- Ensure infrastructure reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and incident management.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of technology infrastructure to meet future business requirements.
- Implement scalable and secure solutions aligned with the IT Strategy and Roadmap.
- Manage and coordinate 24/7 support to ensure operational availability of critical infrastructure services.
- Ensure incidents and problems are resolved efficiently, fully documented, and escalate as necessary.
- Adhere to governance, security, and operational best practices.
- Contribute to refining infrastructure standards and processes.
Job Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience managing on-premises infrastructure (ideally Nutanix) and Microsoft Azure public Cloud.
- Strong understanding of hybrid Cloud architecture and managing Cloud costs using tools such as Azure Cost Management.
- Proficiency in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and patch management.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 or SPC 2 is beneficial.
- Experience developing and managing disaster recovery (DR) plans and business continuity strategies.
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
