Our client, a leading independent offshore law firm, is seeking a temporary Junior Executive Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. Job Duties:
- Provide a broad scope of administrative services, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events (client and internal), arranging catering, and providing support for engagement setup and client billing.
- Perform client and industry research, liaise with technology and other support teams, draft letters, communications, and presentations, and assist with marketing efforts as needed.
- Build relationships with internal and external clients, understand priorities and preferences, and add value through professional interactions.
- Act as a liaison with other team members, management, and external clients, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve day-to-day challenges, including working with other internal teams and resources.
- Serve on internal project teams to enhance knowledge and contribute to the success of Executive Services initiatives.
- Effectively prioritise competing requirements and deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two to three years of recent experience in an administrative or secretarial role, with legal industry knowledge preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent web-based research skills, with the ability to learn firm-wide applications.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist the team with various tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with common goals, and capacity to work overtime if needed.
