Job Duties:
- Support the implementation of business development and marketing plans
- Assist with preparation and delivery of legal directory submissions
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of external events that align with business development and marketing goals
- Provide organisational support for lawyers’ business development trips, including planning and post-trip follow-ups
- Utilise the CRM system to capture, manage, and report on client and business development data
- Aid in the preparation and execution of business development initiatives, including pitching and client engagement
- Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to synchronise business development activities with campaigns and objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of key practices, local markets, messages, and trends, attending relevant training as needed
- Perform other ad hoc duties or projects to support business development efforts
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of business development, marketing, and event coordination activities
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, budgets, and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
