Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their dynamic Business Development and Marketing team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in business development and events management while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Job Duties:
- Assisting in the implementation of business development and marketing plans.
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of legal directory submissions.
- Coordinating the operational and logistical aspects of external events aligned with business development initiatives.
- Supporting lawyers in preparing for business development trips and managing post-trip follow-up activities.
- Managing client, intermediary, and business development data using the CRM system.
- Contributing to business development initiatives, including preparing pitches.
- Collaborating with colleagues in the local and global marketing departments to align activities with campaign objectives.
- Developing a strong understanding of local practices, jurisdictions, markets, and trends by attending lawyer product training where appropriate.
- Performing any other ad hoc duties or projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge of business development, marketing activities, and event coordination.
- Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, time, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Proven ability to develop excellent working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
