Administrator, Fiduciary Management and Administration

Our client, a leading financial services provider, is looking for an Administrator to join their Fiduciary Management and Administration Team. This role involves providing essential administration assistance, ensuring that day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures. Job Duties:

  • Performing day-to-day administration duties, including processing payments.
  • Ensuring that service standards and company policies are consistently adhered to.
  • Using best judgment to report significant matters to Senior Administrators and/or Management.
  • Maintaining high levels of service with a focus on ‘adding value’.
  • Supporting and developing positive relationships within the wider team.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Attained or working towards a recognised professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a relevant financial services environment, including 2 years of experience within a Trust and Corporate Services Provider role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong awareness of people and team dynamics.
  • Solid understanding of trust and corporate services and their practical implications.
  • Familiarity with IOM and UK tax implications, the Isle of Man Companies Acts, Corporate Governance, Anti-Money Laundering, and current compliance legislation.
  • Understanding of banking procedures and practices.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Viewpoint, and Laserfiche.
  • Organised, disciplined approach to tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role while working as part of a team.
