Job Duties:
- Performing day-to-day administration duties, including processing payments.
- Ensuring that service standards and company policies are consistently adhered to.
- Using best judgment to report significant matters to Senior Administrators and/or Management.
- Maintaining high levels of service with a focus on ‘adding value’.
- Supporting and developing positive relationships within the wider team.
Job Requirements:
- Attained or working towards a recognised professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP.
- A minimum of three years' experience in a relevant financial services environment, including 2 years of experience within a Trust and Corporate Services Provider role.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong awareness of people and team dynamics.
- Solid understanding of trust and corporate services and their practical implications.
- Familiarity with IOM and UK tax implications, the Isle of Man Companies Acts, Corporate Governance, Anti-Money Laundering, and current compliance legislation.
- Understanding of banking procedures and practices.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Viewpoint, and Laserfiche.
- Organised, disciplined approach to tasks.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the role while working as part of a team.
