Job Duties:
- Drive successful delivery and operation of the change portfolio.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster an agile mindset and a culture of change within the organisation.
- Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of change initiatives.
- Oversee resource and budget management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Adhere to Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements in line with qualification level and in-house procedures.
- Uphold core values and expected behaviours.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management.
Job Requirements:
- Strong grades at GCSE and A Level or equivalent.
- Project Management qualification or relevant experience.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and ability to drive an agile culture within a change management team.
- Practical experience in change management across the full cycle, including initiation, requirements gathering, delivery, benefits realisation, and review.
- Resource and team management experience, including prioritisation, workload management, and direct people management.
- Experience leading business analysis and change activities as a head of a team within a financial services environment.
