Job Duties:
- Handle accurate day-to-day client bookkeeping for bank, investment, and property accounts.
- Complete reconciliations to maintain accuracy across financial records and control accounts.
- Collaborate with the Trust Administration Teams to address client queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate and timely entries in online banking and accounting systems.
- Support the accurate completion of financial statements in line with company standards and relevant regulations.
- Produce relevant management information, ensuring that key performance indicators are met.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed to support the bookkeeping team and company initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, ideally within a trust or fiduciary services environment.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and experience using online banking and accounting software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Working toward a bookkeeping qualification is beneficial.
