Junior Trust & Company Administrator

Our client is seeking a Junior Trust and Company Administrator to provide essential day-to-day administrative support for a portfolio of client accounts, including trusts and companies with diverse, sometimes complex arrangements. This full-time position works closely within a team, reporting directly to the team leader, and offers full support for relevant professional study, strongly encouraging employees to pursue qualifications in the field. Job Duties: 

  • Manage the setup and daily administration of client trusts and companies
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisors, intermediaries, and government authorities via telephone and written communication
  • Draft minutes, resolutions, and prepare documents for both routine and complex transactions
  • Maintain statutory records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date
  • Perform annual reviews of all entities in the portfolio
  • Ensure all activities comply with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed


Job Requirements: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good numeracy and computer skills
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Effective team player with good organisational skills
