Job Duties:
- Provide direct HR support to all locations on people-based activities
- Oversee and supervise day-to-day HR administration tasks and processes
- Update and distribute HR policies, ensuring alignment with current legislation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases
- Advise senior management on employee relations matters
- Prepare and present quarterly HR activity reports for the Board
- Manage long-term absences and support managers in performance reviews and appraisals
- Coach and mentor line managers on conduct and capability issues
- Manage onboarding processes, including contracts and induction programmes
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining and automating HR processes
- Oversee company benefits, including Private Medical Insurance and pensions
- Collate payroll data across all jurisdictions and coordinate payroll for the UK and Isle of Man
- Interpret and advise on employment law across all locations
- Provide salary benchmarking and guidance on salary reviews
- Update terms and conditions as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager, or equivalent
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Managerial experience with a willingness to pursue further qualifications
- Strategic awareness of employment legislation across jurisdictions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR databases
