Job Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
- Oversee Payments and Operations to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing.
- Lead the first line Risk function and monitor operational risk indicators (KRIs).
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage the ICT function, ensuring competitive and effective technology infrastructure.
- Direct key projects to meet timelines, budgets, and organisational goals.
Job Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications, such as Prince 2 (advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of banking systems, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Significant experience in transformation, change management, and project management.
- Familiarity with business software applications, including Power BI.
- Proven board-level experience in a senior operational leadership role within banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and adaptability in dynamic environments.
