Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality childcare and education in alignment with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's development across all learning areas.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share updates and address concerns.
- Manage daily routines, ensuring children's safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among children.
- Maintain a clean, organised nursery that adheres to health and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
- Experience in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership skills to inspire and support team members when needed.
- Genuine passion for childcare and the ability to manage diverse group needs.
- A valid driving licence is beneficial but not required.
