Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary contact for members and Regional Sales Directors.
- Build and maintain a detailed understanding of members’ businesses, goals, and objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with members to become their trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities to recommend suitable products and services.
- Communicate the benefits of new products and services to members.
- Collaborate with the sales team and introducer network.
- Maintain accurate member records and profiles to ensure positive outcomes.
- Generate leads and upsell services aligned with members’ needs.
- Promote the client’s ethos internally and externally.
- Resolve invoice queries and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Support Regional Sales Directors in achieving revenue targets.
