Job Duties:
- Deliver positive outcomes for customers and colleagues by resolving queries efficiently.
- Investigate card process and transaction queries, ensuring optimal outcomes for cardholders and the business.
- Conduct due diligence, monitoring, KYC/KYB checks, and respond to enhanced cardholder requests.
- Handle merchant security breach queries and investigate suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance customer service, processes, and the card programme.
- Use Salesforce to log cases, maintain accurate records, and identify trends.
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to customer service and processes.
- Support other business areas during absences or busy periods to maintain service standards.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong telephone, listening, and questioning skills.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for members.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
- Understanding of card processing functions, including roles and responsibilities of associated parties.
