Job Duties:
- Lead and conduct examinations of Jersey entities to assess compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyse data trends, produce reports, and identify potential issues to improve registry processes.
- Deliver the Registry Supervision Inspection programme, ensuring adherence to procedures, service level agreements, and standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the inspection process to provide a high-quality experience.
- Identify and prepare prosecution cases for referral to the Attorney General for non-compliance.
- Plan and conduct inspections, including file reviews, documentation checks, interviews, and meetings, and report findings.
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance registry efficiency and effectiveness, driving innovation within the team.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage workload and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven, with a proactive and adaptable approach to evolving challenges.
