Our client is seeking a Technical Operations Senior Associate to join their Client Services team. This is a full-time role that focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, particularly in the areas of anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime prevention for high-risk and politically exposed persons (PEPs). Job Duties:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advisors, ensuring their needs are met.
- Act as a point of contact for high-dependency client issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
- Perform technical reviews of client files to meet regulatory requirements and manage transactions from start to finish as needed.
- Mentor client services professionals, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of AML-focused technical solutions, aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Stay updated on AML regulations and integrate changes into existing technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to departmental objectives and personal performance development plans.
- Manage time effectively, meeting deadlines while handling a high volume of tasks.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Handle client queries via telephone or written communication.
- Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures governing regulatory obligations.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in performing technical reviews of client files to meet regulatory standards.
- Ability to develop and implement AML-focused technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of AML regulations, including industry-specific controls and risks.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and advisors.
- Proficiency in handling client queries through various communication channels.
- Self-motivated and capable of improving processes actively.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with the ability to present findings effectively.

- Proficiency in managing client transactions from start to finish.
- Inquisitive nature with the ability to identify concerns, particularly related to KYC and CDD.
- Previous experience in life assurance is advantageous.
- ICA qualification to Certificate level is desirable.
- Competent in Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Finscan is advantageous.
