Job Duties:
- Act as the Senior Project Manager for various projects, including supervising and supporting junior team members.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and transformation agendas.
- Use digital tools to create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and dashboards.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, escalating issues as needed to governance forums or senior management.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to drive project success.
- Provide clear communication, updates, and consultation on project matters to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organisation, focusing on digital tools and streamlined delivery processes.
- Champion the adoption of collaborative platforms to enhance engagement and communication.
Job Requirements:
- Educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in project management.
- Professional qualification or strong experiential knowledge of agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Proven experience in delivering successful projects, ideally within multi-disciplinary environments.
- Advanced skills in digital platforms to optimise project workflows and reporting.
- Strong ability to manage relationships across all organisational levels.
- Expertise in critical analysis, problem-solving, and risk management.
- Effective business presentation and documentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities.
- Experience in regulatory or compliance-driven projects.
- Advanced project management qualifications.
