Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Trust Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.. Job Duties:
- Administer a varied portfolio of trust and fiduciary structures, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, advisors, and intermediaries, addressing queries and providing solutions.
- Prepare and review trust documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and legal agreements.
- Monitor financial transactions, including investments and distributions, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of annual reviews and periodic risk assessments for client structures.
- Liaise with third parties such as lawyers, accountants, and tax advisors to manage client requirements effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar trust administration role, ideally at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of trust and fiduciary principles, as well as relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using modern trust administration systems and related software.
