Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Mortgage Executive to join their Operations team. You will play a key role in assisting with the completion of mortgage loans and gaining valuable experience in various aspects of mortgage transactions. Job Duties:
- Learn and gain hands-on experience in managing mortgage transactions, including additional advances, renewals, and repayments.
- Assist with due diligence processes, reviewing borrower and property information, and identifying key risks while ensuring compliance with lending policies.
- Support the receipt and processing of mortgage loan applications from the front office.
- Help with renewal and repayment processes in collaboration with client services.
- Shadow and assist in instructing solicitors, valuers, and other external professionals acting on behalf of the Fund.
- Review legal and financial documentation, compile summaries, and learn to submit findings to the Credit Committee.
- Support the coordination of mortgage loan completions and assist in recovery efforts where required.
- Receive ongoing mentoring from experienced team members to develop the skills needed to progress into an independent Mortgage Executive role.
