Marketing Communications Executive

Our client is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to join their team in Guernsey. This role is ideal for an individual looking to develop their communications expertise within a professional services environment. The successful candidate will have strong writing skills and a passion for creating engaging content across digital and social media platforms. This position requires a creative and organised professional who can drive marketing initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute communications campaigns across multiple locations and service lines.
• Create and manage content for various channels, including social media, websites, and direct marketing.
• Use data analytics to refine and optimise marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support internal teams in delivering effective communication strategies.
• Develop briefs and contribute to the management of external agency relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant marketing qualifications (such as CIM or CIPR) or currently working towards certification.
• Experience in marketing communications, media, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in using content management systems.
• Strong proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support colleagues.
• Experience in working with external agencies is desirable.
