Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Partner to support the design, delivery, and integration of a comprehensive learning strategy. This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) that will focus on enhancing organisational capability and fostering a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, people managers, and external providers to implement effective learning solutions and ensure a progressive approach to professional development.
Job Duties:
- Develop and deliver an integrated learning plan aligned with organisational needs.
- Assess development requirements and identify capability gaps.
- Implement L&D tools, frameworks, and resources that enhance performance and regulatory effectiveness.
- Identify and drive continuous improvements in learning and development initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions and manage external learning providers.
- Support colleague wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide detailed reporting and insights to support decision-making.
- Manage the L&D budget effectively, ensuring high standards from external suppliers.
- Promote and embed L&D tools, resources, and training programmes.
- Ensure smooth operational delivery of learning activities.
