Our client is seeking a Legal Personal Assistant to support the Dispute Resolution (DR) team, with additional assistance provided to the Corporate and Commercial team when required. This role also involves covering for other secretarial staff within the DR team and participating in a Reception rota. A key aspect of the role includes the administration and development of the firm's Knowledge Management Database.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the DR team, with additional support to the Corporate and Commercial team when necessary.
- Cover for other secretarial staff within the DR team as required.
- Assist with Reception duties on a rota basis.
- Manage and maintain the firm's Knowledge Management Database, including: receiving, collating, formatting, and uploading precedent documentation, anonymising, formatting, and uploading memoranda of advice and related documents.
- Assist the Accounts Team and DR Team with debt recovery processes.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a legal or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage document formatting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams.
