ICAEW / ACA Trainee Chartered Accountant Program

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Chartered Accountant to join their growing office in the Isle of Man. This full-time role is ideal for those about to complete a degree or PhD and looking to begin a professional career in accountancy. Working with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to global brands, you will support the delivery of assurance services while studying towards the ACA qualification.

Job Duties:

• Prepare accurate assurance documentation for review
• Take responsibility for audit areas and assist with delivery for smaller clients
• Develop knowledge of audit processes and client issues
• Complete work assigned by supervisors within set budgets and deadlines
• Gather and analyse data to perform audit testing
• Engage with clients, including attending client sites where practical
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering efficient and effective assurance services

Job Requirements:

You must be highly motivated to study towards the ICAEW ACA qualification and hold a 2:1 honours degree in any discipline. You should demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills and have a genuine interest in audit and accountancy. Knowledge of current trends affecting the UK industry sectors would be advantageous.
