Our client is seeking a Senior Equity Dealing Administrator to join their fast-paced trading operations team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior position in the equity dealing function, overseeing the accurate execution of trades, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance, and maintaining high standards of client service. You will be responsible for handling complex market instructions, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the development of procedures and reporting frameworks to optimise performance and accuracy across global markets.
Job Duties:
- Place client execution instructions and complete related documentation within strict deadlines
- Execute trades on global markets ensuring best execution
- Maintain and enhance service procedures and internal policies
- Produce daily reports to support internal departments and external clients
- Ensure timely issuance of trade progress updates, confirmations, and contract notes
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to uphold exceptional service standards
- Adhere to regulatory and internal policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Respond to complex queries and report any operational errors
- Support AML processes, including initial and ongoing due diligence requests
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all dealings and documentation
- Deliver internal training as required
- Perform additional duties to support team efficiency and service delivery
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in market dealing is essential
- Strong history of delivering high-level client service
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-moving market environments
- High attention to detail and consistent accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines independently
- Understanding of KYC/AML procedures
- Relevant qualifications are desirable
