Client Services Executive

Our client is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their Guernsey-based operations team on a permanent basis. This full-time role supports the end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of mortgage lending clients. You will act as the first point of contact for client queries, manage interest arrears, and contribute to initiatives that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the first-line contact for client queries, providing accurate, timely, and professional responses across all communication channels
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consistent and positive experience that reflects the organisation’s values
  • Monitor interest arrears, follow up with clients, and escalate any concerns appropriately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a joined-up, efficient client journey
  • Identify and propose improvements to client service processes and procedures
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy and service in all client interactions
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance the client experience as the loan book grows
  • Support continuous improvement across the client services function by sharing ideas and feedback

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a range of clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals
  • Demonstrated client focus, with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Experience in a client service, administration, or relationship support role is desirable
  • Familiarity with financial services or investment environments is advantageous but not essential
  • Willingness to learn, supported by a strong service mindset and a desire to grow in a client-facing role
