Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Compliance and the Head of Statutory, this role is responsible for supporting the compliance function in monitoring and enforcing adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The successful candidate will assist with compliance audits, record-keeping, and the development of compliance initiatives.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation and records
- Assist in the preparation of reports on compliance activities and findings
- Support investigations and resolution of compliance-related issues
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters
- Stay informed of changes to applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a cohesive compliance framework
- Undertake general administrative duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Ideally a minimum of two years’ experience in a compliance and/or statutory role
- Good knowledge of the Rule Book and AML/CFT Code
- Basic understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive data
- Ideally holds or is working towards a relevant compliance qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to work to strict deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
