Office Support

Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised professional to join their team as Office Support. This is a full-time position that includes Saturday working. The successful candidate will play an important role in providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients throughout their property journey.

Job Duties:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails
  • Answer telephone calls and handle enquiries professionally
  • Liaise with vendors and purchasers, building strong client relationships
  • Carry out general office and administrative tasks
  • Maximise opportunities to promote the full range of services

Job Requirements:

  • Previous estate agency experience is desirable but not essential
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency
  • High levels of customer care and a passion for supporting others
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong local knowledge
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to handle objections and positively influence decisions
