Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Business Development and Marketing Administrator to support their Private Wealth business development team and the wider Group Marketing function. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for an individual with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a professional services environment, looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.
Job Duties:
- Assist in preparing tailored presentations and proposals for prospective clients and intermediaries
- Support meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, gathering background materials, and tracking actions
- Maintain and update internal pipeline tracking tools and activity reports
- Help manage and structure data for reporting and performance analysis
- Maintain accurate client and contact records within CRM systems
- Identify potential clients and contribute to strategies for attracting new business
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences as needed
- Assist in producing and updating marketing materials such as brochures, capability statements, and pitch documents
- Support the planning, scheduling, and distribution of content across digital platforms
- Assist with logistics, material preparation, and follow-up for marketing and client events
Job Requirements:
- A-Levels in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a marketing, business development, or professional services environment (preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- High level of written and formatting proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous
- Eagerness to learn, with a flexible and adaptable approach
