Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Real Estate department on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will lead a team of administrators delivering corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and entities, while managing complex client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate services professional to take on a client-facing leadership role within a dynamic and growing team.
Job Duties:
- Manage all aspects of transaction administration, including organising and attending client meetings and drafting complex minutes and resolutions
- Act as a higher authority on daily administrative queries and provide four-eyes signatory oversight in line with company policies and procedures
- Promote best practice across the team through process alignment and consistency
- Mentor, supervise, and support the development and training of team members
- Contribute to business-wide process improvement initiatives and service innovation
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures, including anti-money laundering and client due diligence
- Act as a positive role model through effective leadership behaviours
- Lead client onboarding and ongoing review processes to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Assist the management team in meeting business development goals
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in corporate administration services
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant statutory laws and regulatory requirements
- Excellent academic background, supported by a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional client service with a solutions-focused approach
- Working knowledge of Viewpoint (desirable)
- Commercially minded with the ability to offer sound advice
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a drive to achieve excellence for clients and the team
